I appear to have butterfly’s in my stomach… oh no my mistake, they’re not in my stomach, they are in a white envelope!

I have been receiving a birthday present in parts from Norwich lover… and she has left me completely baffled!!!
The first thing I got was some kind of Ikea basket – looks like an expandable clothes basket.
The next thing were some eppendorf tubes – again these did not shed any light but just made things even more mysterious!
And finally today what do I get through the post…

That’s right – butterflys! Literally! In an envelope!!
Now it all comes together. The tubes must be for incubation of some kind, the big basket is to keep them in so they don’t fly away. The girl sent me butterflys!!
Ultimately, I am the romantic type. I have done a few really romantic things for her, the main thing being a Christmas dance on stage with a disco ball and bubble machines! I don’t really ever expect anyone to ever be able to match this – or even attempt to keep pace. I do these things because I like doing them, and I really like the other persons enjoyment of them. In this case… she has really pulled a good one. I can safely say that no other girl in my life is ever going to give me butterflies, and even the ones that do give me metaphorical butterflies, I think that I am going to remember Emily – the very down to earth practical girl who literally gave them to me.
And with this, she has assured her place in the Sanjay chronicles…
I appear to have butterfly’s in my stomach… oh no my mistake, they’re not in my stomach, they are in a white envelope?!??!!!
So I went to check the post for a map at work… and I find a small package with “open immediately” on it. I open it… I think I have butterflys?!?! That is awesome! To be honest, I am not sure though! in the envelope there is a little box with something wrapped in tissue paper… but I am a little scared of opening the box at work in case the change in internal temperature or atmosphere triggers a hatching or something prematurely!
We need to talk young lady. I am going to need some guidance on what to do next – but needless to say, you have done well here Missy! I did NOT see that coming in any way!!!!
Will phone you tonight.
