Quickly clench and release repeatedly for 10 seconds.
Take a 10-second break between sets.
Exercise B
Sets: 10
Clench and release repeatedly for 5 seconds.
Take a 5-second break between sets.
Exercise C
Sets: 3
Tighten and hold your PC muscle for 30 seconds.
Take a 30 second break between sets.

Went out with a friend of mine. He does NLP and stuff and he sent me this email. I don’t really know how I can use this to improve yet, but here is what he said…
If I was to NLP model you, I would say..
1) be Asian
2) be Slim (wear thick jumper to look muscular)
3) Be 31 but look 23.
4) Wear a hat that every women in the club will want to touch.
5) Be super high energy, be excitable!
6) Run a blog (like Barney).
7) Have a cool job.
8) Have some money.
9) Have a very nice phone, take pictures with chicks.
10) have a London vibe wherever you go.

Okay so there is a story here, and it does end in Sex.
I was meeting the geek-assasin at 5pm, planned to go to the arcade 13 year old style to play some old school video games, then bounce to another venue for a drink, 3rd venue mine or hers for sex. Then 3 things happen in nexus that put me a state I have never had before.
1) The foundation – A friend of mine that I went out with on Saturday night had shown me this video of the ultimate alpha move.
2) The Big Thing – I got a message from The Alpha of the most amazing weekend. He got an astonishing sounding SNL, but more than that, he won the first round of the curry pot challenge! The way he did has left me in awe of the man, I feel privileged to be able to cite him as my friend. But that’s okay, I am behind but I am going to get sex this evening… right?
3) The Call to action – I then got this message from the girl on my phone:
Hope the show went well. My Plans are going a little crazy for this eve – looks like im going to have to get a train at 7 (irritatingly) – still up for the arcade though!
DAMN! The Alpha has just owned me and I am getting blown out?! This is not happening. That is when I decided that I could now allow this happen….. Read more of this post
